LATLOCK VPN is designed with a privacy-by-default approach. Our service is structured to minimize data collection and protect users’ identity and activity.

3. No-Logs Policy

LATLOCK VPN operates under a strict no-logs policy.

We do not collect, store, or log:

• browsing history
• original IP addresses
• assigned IP addresses
• network traffic or data content
• DNS queries
• user online activity

Due to this architecture, LATLOCK VPN cannot identify or track the individual activity of users.

LATLOCK VPN does not maintain logs that allow the association between a user and their online activity.

4. Information We Collect

We only collect the minimum information necessary to operate the service:

4.2 Subscription Information

• plan status
• activation and expiration dates

4.3 Payment Information

Payments are processed by payment service providers. LATLOCK VPN does not store full card information or sensitive financial data.

• data necessary for the operation of the service

This data is not used to identify user activity.

5. Use of Information

We use the collected information to:

• manage user accounts
• process subscriptions

Under no circumstances is browsing information, network traffic, or user online activity shared.

8. Data Retention

• Account data is retained while the service remains active
• Users may request the deletion of their data in accordance with applicable regulations

• request deletion of data
• exercise other rights recognized by applicable legislation

Account Deletion

Users can delete their Latlock VPN account directly from the app by navigating to Settings > Profile > Delete Account and confirming the request.

Users who cannot access the app may request account deletion by emailing soporte@latlockvpn.com from the email address associated with their account.

After verification, Latlock VPN will permanently delete the account and associated personal data within 30 days, except for information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. Any retained information will be kept only for the required period and securely deleted afterward.

Deleting a Latlock VPN account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Users must cancel their subscription through their respective store account settings.

10. Regulatory Compliance

LATLOCK VPN is committed to complying with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

11. Incident Notification

In the event of a security breach affecting personal data, LATLOCK VPN will notify the authorities and affected users in accordance with the deadlines established by applicable law.

12. Third-Party Services

LATLOCK VPN does not collect user activity logs.

For the operation of the service, certain providers may process limited information on behalf of LATLOCK VPN. These providers are subject to contractual obligations of confidentiality, security, and data protection.

Such providers do not have access to browsing information or data that could identify the individual activity of the user.

13. Changes to this Policy

LATLOCK VPN may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Users are encouraged to review this section periodically.
